These partitions are on an HD and are LVM volumes, but are NOT powered up, hence NOFAIL in FSTAB. It appears the system is now try to perform a system check during shutdown on volumes never mounted, use or powered up. Prior to the update I have not had this problem on 12.2 or 12.1. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Shutdown 2. 3. Actual Results: Hang for about 45 seconds.
