I think I've fixed the issue (at least NM part of it), can you try with packages from http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/tambet:/branches:/GNOME:/Fac... You'll need to install NetworkManager, NetworkManager-glib, and NetworkManager-gnome packages from my repo.
