What repos do you have? zypper lr -d
This looks like it's coming from Packman and actually intended for Tumbleweed, not 13.2. The gstreamer-plugins-bad-1.4.5-81.1 in Packman's 13.2 repo requires libHalf.so.11 that's included in 13.2.

This repo is not intended to be used with 13.2, it is for Factory/Tumbleweed. Remove it and your problem should be gone. As you have the full Packman repo in your list anyway, it is not needed at all too. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
