See /usr/src/linux/Documentation/sysrq.txt for all available keys. Basically you press Alt+PrintScreen+<letter> - a typical sequence for <letter> is s (sync), u (umount/remount ro), b (reboot). Another option might be to kill everything on the current tty with k (SAK - read documentation before using this in X).
