https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=440294 Summary: Build service should detect when build fails because of internal error Product: openSUSE.org Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: BuildService AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: vuntz@novell.com QAContact: adrian@novell.com Found By: --- Sometimes, the build fails but it's not a problem with the package, but a problem with the build service. An example of this is accerciser in openSUSE:Factory (i586): right now, it's marked as failed but the error is this: Mounting root /dev/hda1 No init found. Try passing init= option to the kernel. umount: /dev: device is busy umount: /dev: device is busy Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init! The build service should really detect this and start a new build. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
