The "who should receive a gift" question is decided: * members - but they have to verify their postal address in connect. That would already filter out inactive members. * add GSoC students and mentors * add a way to manually add/propose someone who is not a member (yet), but did a large contribution (but "add manually" should be an exception) We didn't decide which gift to send, but at least decided that it will be something from the "things you can touch" list in the wiki. (Things like "get your favorite bug fixed" come with too many problems in practise, and something at the conference would exclude people who can't come to the conference.)
