https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=223751 ------- Comment #6 from markus.kriewald@web.de 2006-12-12 12:06 MST ------- content on SD-Card: 736,5 MB, 38 files, 8 sub-folders; exe, iso, log, pdf, rpm, tar.gz, txt- files As i find out the konqueror crash is very difficult to reproduce. 15 times all is working well and then konqueror crashes 3 times in series. Pherhaps the konqueror crash is a product of a faulty hal. Therefore i have installed some further debuginfo (dbus+hal). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=223751 ------- Comment #9 from coolo@novell.com 2006-12-12 13:19 MST ------- no, the backtrace indicates it's something around your items in the folder - or the tree. You can perhaps try in running valgrind konqueror instead of konqueror, that might show something more. Otherwise I'm afraid I need your card :) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

In one case konqueror did not react anymore. The only things that were working were ?, maximize and minimize. Therefore i have shooten up (Strg+Alt+Esc) the Konqueror window. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

There is only one exe file on my SD-Card (FileZilla_2_2_29_setup.exe from http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/filezilla/FileZilla_2_2_29_setup.exe?down...). The pixmap is not shown directly after opening the subdir folder but after some time. If i move the mouse over the exe-file and than look into xsession-errors i can see the warnings: konqueror: WARNING: Pixmap not found for mimetype application/x-dosexec. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

And neither the exe pixmap nor the .hal files are a problem. As I said: without your files it's about impossible to reproduce it - and even with them it might be something else ;( I'll close the bug now as we can't do anything else with it -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
