[Bug 749033] SSH default configuration does not match documentation (HashKnownHosts)

the default global configuration /etc/ssh/ssh_config has HashKnownHosts enabled. ssh_config(5), however, still reads "The default is “no”.
If the distribution changes the default from upstream, this needs to reflected in the documentation as well.
"default" means the hard-wired value that is used without an explicit value being stated either in the configuration file or on the command line. Our change is only in the "distribution default" if you like, not in the code, hence I believe the man page is correct.
PS: Is it possible the changelog should have read HashKnownHosts instead of HashHostKeys?
