I selected the certificate, cliked Remove, the certificate disappeared, clicked Apply, closed kcontrol. But the certificate did not get removed and after starting the kcontrol again, the certificates appears in the list again. Even switching to another kcontrol module and then back to Crypto is enough for the removed certificate to reappear.
