No crash either, so the Xsession terminates during KDE4 login - for whatever reasons. Reassigning. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Hi
Sorry to email you but i didn't just want to assign this bug back.
You changed the bug to KDE Workspace and since then i have discovered that it doesn't have the same issue when i turn off composting.
Logs in perfectly well when off :S
Anything that you can help with now, or could you advise where to send to if it is a composting issue?
KDE guys need to look at this issue, i.e. scan for fatal errors in ~/.xsession-errors, which are responsible for the immediate termination of the Xsession already during login when Compositing is on.
