Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start a few "perl -e 'while (1) {} &" instances. 2. Wait until fan comes on 3. Kill processes from step 1. 4. Wait until temperature has had time to drop. ==> Observe that fan still runs. On reboot, it fan stops. Actual Results: ==> Observe that fan still runs. (On reboot, it fan stops.)
