Maybe because some of your mentioned other releated bugs has been fixed in the meanwhile. Actually now I have the only problem that the system does NEVER poweroff (shutdown --poweroff). Mounts do not matter. System is only halted even if only / is mounted. shutdown --reboot works. I have this issue on all of our three 13.1 machines (all intel boards). I need a verbose log of the shutdown process. Is it possible to attach a serial console to this machine?
