It must being readed "after the installing". I haven't used openSUSE before with this hardware. But I have used Ubuntu Edgy and Feisty with this hardware. It runs very good with drivers "ati" and "fglrx" but Beryl gave black screen when I logged out or when screensaver was activated. I'm using AMD Athlon 64 bit computer. My mainboard is Asus M2R-FVM and my integrader graphic chipset is Ati Radeon XPress 1150. I installed OpenSuse and all went very good until I have to start to using it. I heared starting sound, but display went power saving mode and I hadn't got KDE Desktop. My display is LG L1919S. I used x86-version of SuSe. Thank you for help.

I haven't read through all the 132 comments, but I did also have this problem when I installed openSuSE 10.3 a few days ago using the latest ATI Driver in YaST.
