Build log says: [ 0s] build09 started "build libcgroup1.spec" at Tue Apr 30 09:38:07 UTC 2013. [...] Retried build at Mon May 13 09:18:45 2013 returned same result, skipped libcgroup1.spec 4.63 KB 10 days ago and there is no mention about autoreconf in the build log of course. So the BS is clearly ignoring that change in the spec file.
