[Bug 228288] New: XVidtune won't run : missing config file
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=228288 Summary: XVidtune won't run : missing config file Product: openSUSE 10.2 Version: Final Platform: PowerPC OS/Version: SuSE Linux 10.0 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: bdezonia@wisc.edu QAContact: qa@suse.de I have freshly installed OpenSUSE 10.2 that I downloaded the first day of its release. When I try to run xvidtune I get an error message: "Please install the program before using". I've researched on the Internet and I think the problem is that the installer placed an empty script/config file in /usr/share/X11/app-defaults/Xvidtune. From inspecting a different distribution's version of this file it should contain script code. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

Use /lib/cpp for the C preprocessor or specify -xc. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
