It is usually in the top right corner of the left screen of my two screen MergedFB/Xinerama desktop.¹ When moving the mouse over this icon, three buttons appear. They are labelled “Add Widget” “Lock Widgets” “Show Dashboard” When moving the mouse away from this icon again, these 3 buttons disappear again. But this doesn’t work always: If a window is close to the corner where this icon is and one moves the mouse cursor over the area where the buttons are over this window without travelling over the desktop, the buttons stay where they are.
