To attach and use any usb harddish and flash-disk device is impossible.

How many different disks have you tried? USB thumb drivers are famous for having flakey hardware. Have your tried other ports on your system? Can you try plugging in a few different disks and attaching the dmesg output? Also, please avoid attaching files in tar.gz, they are difficult to review.
