I will be the only subcriber for now, but I hope others join for handling the bugs. Just tested: yes, we can. Example: https://bugzilla.novell.com/enter_bug.cgi?classification=All&product=openSUSE.org&submit=submit&component=BuildService&assigned_to=adrian@novell.com&short_desc=home:cboltz%20-%20Fontlinge%20&bug_file_loc=https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=Fontlinge&project=home%3Acboltz (check the pre-filled fields ;-) This link could also be used in the packager field of every package the build service creates.
