I think I could reproduce the bug again, however, I don't feel like risking to lose my working configuration again. Which files do I need to restore if due to bug testing my network configuration breaks again? You might need to backup /etc/sysconfig/network/config file before doing that. The output on console was as follows: root@earth:/etc/sysconfig/network# Y2DEBUG=1 yast2 dns sh: line 1: 4995 Segmentation fault /usr/sbin/acpidump 2> /dev/null sh: line 1: 5028 Segmentation fault /usr/sbin/acpidump 2> /dev/null ^CYaST got signal 2 at YCP file DNS.ycp:256 The last line only occurred after I pressed CTRL+C/killed YaST2 with xkill.
