Hi,
I have compiled vlc 0.9 at #22296. I have got a segmentation error while playing TV streaming in freetype. Here are the backtraces :

This is a known problem, the segfault occurs on strerror_r(), see the "%m" in the message that will be printed, it's the error description. Unfortunately the cause is not known, one would have to have glibc debug symbols to have a meaningful backtrace. -- Rafaël Carré Le Saturday 29 September 2007 10:24:25 Gilles Sabourin, vous avez écrit :

This is glibc bug - there is nothing VLC can do about it: http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5058 This bug report should be addressed to your Linux distribution. -- Rémi Denis-Courmont http://www.remlab.net/ -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
