Does this bug means that in order for UHCI and OHCI driver to function, user need EHCI driver to be installed? Will UHCI and OHCI functionality be affected without EHCI driver installed?

Please see comment 8 and comment 19. [uo]hci_hcd fine without ehci_hcd, but _some_ USB 2.0 devices might not work if they are first initialized at low speed and then switched to high speed.
