I believe we already fixed this bug for Factory as part of bug#710430. Peter could you please test if it works for you with the Factory packages? I can confirm that the zone files are now created correctly and the records are also in the LDAP database. I am also experiencing this issue. The fixed version of bind referenced above does not seem to have been released.
