I can download same package with firefox without any issue. This causes big problem as when we retry, it stars from all over again. It means that during 3 minutes there wasn't a single packet recieved from the URL, if i'm not mistaken. Additionally, both YaST and zypper automatically retry failed downloads on timeout, but they do not resume, they start from the beginning.
