That doesn't really make sense. Just put "BuildRequires: freetype2" in your ocaml spec file.
That doesn't make sense to me: ocaml doesn't use freetype at all. It's only needed because libtk (from tk) needs libxft (from xorg-x11-libs) which needs libfreetype (from freetype2).
