No error info is displayed - Evolution displays the "refreshing.." msg on its status bar then terminates & disappears. The Online Update changed 3 packages in my config as follows: evolution 2.24.1.1-4.9 to 2.24.1.1-4.13.3 evolution-data-server 2.24.1.1-5.1 to 2.24.1.1-5.11.2 dice 0.1.5-1.18 to 0.1.9-1.3.4 Removing the updates and re-installing the originals got me back to a stable, functioning Evolution/Exchange config. I've "Protected" the affected packages in YaST to prevent Online Update from breaking Evolution again. Only the std openSUSE 11.1 repositories are enabled. All packages are 64 bit openSUSE 11.1 KDE 3.5.10, release 21.11 Dell Optiplex 755: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz, 8GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT uname: ... 2.6.27.19-3.2-default #1 SMP 2009-02-25 15:40:44 +0100 x86_64 ... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. install Online Update patches for "Evolution" (evolution-557) & "dice" (dice-526) 2. restart the machine to ensure the Evolution daemons are reset 3. start Evolution 4. enter the "keyring" master password when prompted 5. I rebooted the machine then started "kdbg".
