http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=926790 Bug ID: 926790 Summary: systemd 210 does not start all /etc/init.d/rc3.d services Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 13.1 Version: Final Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE 13.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: support@microtechniques.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:25.3) Gecko/20150323 Firefox/31.9 PaleMoon/25.3.1 Build Identifier: After upgrading from systemd 208 to 210 to resolve issues covered in bug 920548 1) not all of the processes listed in /etc/init.d/rc3.d start. I do not even see an attempt to try to start them in the systemd journal. They start correctly if started manually. They started correctly under systemd 208. 2) The CUPS service has to be manually restarted after the system is fully up. When started by systemd the port is not ready and it fails. Manually entering systemctl restart cups.service after the system is fully up works. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Reboot system 2. Inspect running services 3. Actual Results: postfix and cups are not running Expected Results: postfix and cups are running -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
