Problem exists in OpenSUSE 11.2 and and 11.3 Build0577 Does not exist in 11.1, 11.0 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Build default 11.2 installation 2. add user to sudoers to be able mount/unmount 3. logon as user, mkdir ~/WinHome 4. sudo mount -t cifs //windows2003/home$/ADusername -o username=ADusername ~/WinHome Actual Results: The mount will disconnect after a period of time. mount command shows mount gone. Is the box configured to use dynamic IP (dhcp) or a static one? If the IP is dynamic, can you configure static IP and see whether the problem is reproducible. The problem does look similar to the bug you mentioned. It looks like my issue is bug 573246.
