Cannot open '/srv/www/htdocs/munin/build31/build31/cpu.html' for writing: Permission denied at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.16.0/Munin/Master/HTMLOld.pm line 364. This is specifically for the cpu.html but all of the html files lack the permissions to allow munin to update the graphs. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start munin-node with 'systemctl start munin-node.service' 2.Check mailbox as root 'su - && mailx' 3.Lots of messages from munin user about failed cron job, not being able to write to .html files in /srv/www/htdocs/munin folder Expected Results: Munin cron job should update the graphs. /srv/www/htdocs folder has default permissions belonging to user and group "root". Files are 644 and folders are 755. I could change files to 646 to allow "munin" user/group to write to those files but is that a security risk giving munin user those privileges? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
