The same "problem" goes for mplayer. And it is of course a cosmetic thing, but still since I'm running a lot of videos while working this is somewhat annoying. I just "upgraded" to NVidia 8800GTX same problem. I'm also using NVidia's latest betadriver which should be very updated when it comes to kwin and nvidia bugs. (At least so I've read) I also have to modify my first text.
