The last boot log from the time before the "Linuxrc segfault at 0x00000000. :-(" followed by a "Linuxrc crashed :-(" and "Press ENTER to continue" messages, were "Loading basic drivers" or similar. After the crash, there were a "Starting udev" and a red popup, that it wants to continue in manual mode. On Console 4 I were able to see more info about: generic-usb 0003:413C8158.0002: input,hidraw1: USB HID v1.11 Mouse [HID 413c:8158] on usb-0000:00:1a.0-1.2/input0 init[1]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f8207503047 sp 00007fff6278c350 error 4 in libhd.so.18.3[7f82074cb000+9d000] After a reboot and try if it happens again, it didn't happened any more... -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.

Does booting with hwprobe=-usb help?
I didn't tried - I can just press enter, continue with manual installation (over e1000 wired ethernet) and it seems to work after... (In reply to comment #3)
