When I close the window there is a popup telling me that Changes are not saved, but again there is no way to save those locks. I can choose either Quit or cancel, but there is no visible way to apply the locks. The only way to save them seems to be to make some other change that enables the Apply button. The Apply button is not enabled, and when I Cancel the Software Manager there is NO warning about unsaved changes. The Apply button code was connected to the Changes bar, so it only enabled the button on any package status change. We'll enable it for any change at all for now on.
