[Bug 526128] New: Different SubpixelHinting for desktop environments
http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=526128 Summary: Different SubpixelHinting for desktop environments Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Milestone 4 Platform: All OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Workspace AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: rastislav.krupansky@gmail.com QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; sk; rv:1.9.0.12) Gecko/2009070811 Ubuntu/9.04 (jaunty) Firefox/3.0.12 On the attached screenshots you can see that SubpixelHinting for KDE looks different like is for Gnome. I'd say it doesn't work, because i can't see any effect when i enable sub-pixel rendering and login. Btw, subpixel works/ed perfectly in 11.1 by default(just to enable it), without needing to install freetype package from repo http://opensuse-community.org/subpixel/openSUSE_11.1/ Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
