Use of uninitialized value in subroutine entry at /usr/share/YaST2/modules/XLib.pm line 471 (#1) (W uninitialized) An undefined value was used as if it were already defined. It was interpreted as a "" or a 0, but maybe it was a mistake. To suppress this warning assign a defined value to your variables. To help you figure out what was undefined, perl tells you what operation you used the undefined value in. Note, however, that perl optimizes your program and the operation displayed in the warning may not necessarily appear literally in your program. For example, "that $foo" is usually optimized into "that " . $foo, and the warning will refer to the concatenation (.) operator, even though there is no . in your program. Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /usr/share/YaST2/modules/XLib.pm line 422 (#1) Use of uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at /usr/share/YaST2/modules/XLib.pm line 426 (#1) Use of uninitialized value in string eq at /usr/share/YaST2/modules/XLib.pm line 391 (#1) As a result my Graphics card is not detected ("ERROR: No proposal" in Graphics Cards section) y2logs will follow. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

These sysp code is really ugly... one of my first codings in sax, about 8 years old... bad style and rather buggy I should have in mind to rewrite that from scratch but currently I don't have time to do that... so I will proceed fixing the bad code ;) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
