As I did not remove the IPV6 Default the Kernel Logs do not show the message "An IP V4 Connection has already been established" - which stated this bug. When you view the Logs please pay attention to 'HostName Lookup Logs Warnings" If I had further time to trash this test PC once again and removed the IPV6 default you would see the error above. We are both time poor - so I will have to leave it for you to reproduce on your NFS Installation on your test LAN, removing all DHCP Services and make sure you remove the default IP/V6 check box. - You will see the error.
