IF the shiped product in 11.3 contains a fixed kde4-ark we can leave this as fixed OR when we have an online update to fix kde4-ark in 11.2 - Other wise the following issue is still apparent. The compression program ARK as shipped cannot CREATE an archive. It can only de-compress an archive and I am talking about ARK in 11.1. So when we can either get ARK to be able to create many different archive formats then this can be closed for a fixed reason. The sheer presence of the ARK Program shipped in 11.1 is not a validate fix argument. So we have 2 choices 1. Put back the functionality that was removed in Konqueror in 10.3 in 11.3 OR Fix the ARK program in 11.0-11.1 via opensuse online update to enable kde4-ark to create many different archive formats.
