They use DNS round robin and it's actually two servers: ftp.nluug.nl has address 192.87.102.42 ftp.nluug.nl has address 192.87.102.43 The latter doesn't have the file. Thank you for the report - I'll need to handle them separately, thus catering for differences. For now, redirection to that mirror is disabled, until I fixed this. In the future, our libzypp client in 11.2 will be totally robust against this kind of problems, if everything works out - it's currently being tested. --Found the problem on my end. Zypper is going thru a Squid proxy, and the Squid log showed that the error was tripped by local content-blocking rules.
