I can download the source RPM and access the source files, but that's not the
issue here. I want to use `zypper source-install -d` to automatically install
the packages required to build libinput, and it doesn't seem to accept local
RPMs.
Basically, this is supposed to be easy, and it's not. In Fedora, I do `dnf
builddep libinput`, and it works perfectly the first time, no configuration
needed, no additional repos needed, no hassle at all. In openSUSE, that's not
the case. I filed this bug because there's an issue here (perhaps just a
usability issue), and I'd like to help get it resolved.
