But it works via command line: lp -d <queue> fj-2006-neue-lpo.pdf prints the whole file and lp -d <queue> -o page-ranges=2-3,5 fj-2006-neue-lpo.pdf prints only the specified pages. Ghostscript shows no errors when I display it via "gs fj-2006-neue-lpo.pdf". Therefore it looks like a problem only in gv and I reassign it to the gv package maintainer.
