http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=537837 User jmatejek@novell.com added comment http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=537837#c2 --- Comment #2 from Jan Matejek 2009-09-09 12:28:02 MDT --- actually, the problem is that gwibbler doesn't look into webkit-1.0 subdir. same bug: http://code.google.com/p/pywebkitgtk/issues/detail?id=38 python-webkitgtk (as well as the upstream package) doesn't provide a .pth file for itself, and installs into webkit-1.0 which is not on the search path by default. three basic ways to fix this: 1. in python-webkitgtk - install webkit.pth that would enable this webkit-1.0 directory. 2. in python-webkitgtk - just symlink the webkit.so into either site-packages directly, or gtk-2.0, both of which are already made accessible.
