From what you wrote it looks like you completely misunderstood the terminology. Those "installation sources" have nothing to do whatsoever with source

An "installation source" is what other distributions sometimes call a "repository", a collection of packages, patches or related objects. The "source" column in the package selector OTOH refers to source packages like "mypkg-1.23.src.rpm". That is something completely different. And yes, there is no support whatsoever so far in libzypp (the underlying low-level package management library) to handle source packages, so it is normal that you can never see a check box in that column. And there is also no way that this could possibly be CRITICAL. https://bugzilla.novell.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity : "Critical Crash, loss of data, corruption of data, severe memory leak" None of those description would apply to this (not even remotely), even if this were a valid bug, which it is not (-> INVALID). -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.

If the support in libzypp is missing, should it be added? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
