I was only able to stop the behavior by rebooting and then very quickly killing choqok (which auto-restores) before the system freaks out. I wrote about it on the forum, but no replies yet: http://forums.opensuse.org/applications/432548-dbus-daemon-takes-99-cpu-choq... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Choqok 2. Wait a minute 3. Run top to see that dbus-daemon is out of control Actual Results: dbus-daemon takes 100% of CPU time and slows down everything to a crawl. Eventually i have to reboot the machine in another terminal. Please provide steps to reproduce this problem with a newly created user.
