The command on the activity is kde-open5 "%f" which looks good in the first glance Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Insert USB-stick 2. Can this be a timinig issue? Dolphin is called while the mount is not fully processed? Maybe. It seems to work fine here...
