After the timeout message, one can continue with the setup successfully, without the OAB URL being populated. Some users may interpret the timeout as a severe error and cancel the setup entirely. In the debug output, it appears that libews is not able to authenticate to the host URL. It never presents the user with a login prompt for credentials.
