In yast runlevel-editor acpi is activated as well. AFAIK they are now loaded when the hal service is started, so this might not really be an error. For the suseplugger bug... can you please open another bugreport for that one. This is probably totally unrelated. You should also install kdebase3-SuSE-debuginfo.rpm package. If you run into the suseplugger bug the next time you should get more detailed information which you can provide to the other bug then. The KDE guys should (hopefully) be able to find then.
