Anyway, I'm not getting any messages, and very very few frame errors: RX packets:4751620 errors:6 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:891 Overall transfer rate isn't super, at 30MB/s sending, 44MB/s receiving (using an R8169 I see more like 109MB/s). Using 7200b jumbo frames: 37MB/s sending and 60MB/s receiving. Still, until the r8169 "hang on heavy load" issue goes away, I guess the via velocity is my card of the day.
