http://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=964400 Bug ID: 964400 Summary: GNOME terminal refuses to set initial size to more than 256 columns wide. Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Tumbleweed Version: 2015* Hardware: Other OS: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: GNOME Assignee: bnc-team-gnome@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: hguo@suse.com QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- The system is the latest Tumbleweed snapshot as of today. GNOME terminal refuses to set initial terminal size to more than 256 columns wide. Attempting to do so results in the column setting going back to 256. Most other terminal emulators don't mind using an initial size of more than 256 columns wide, so gnome should catch up with that. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
