Trying to login doesn't work but the login screen is coming again. I can login into textmode, so i can see the dmesg-messages ---> see attachment. To me the critical messages are: [ +8.809471] radeon 0000:01:00.0: GPU lockup CP stall for more than 10000msec [ +0.000003] radeon 0000:01:00.0: GPU lockup (waiting for 0x0000000000000004 last fence id 0x0000000000000002) [ +0.000002] [drm:r600_uvd_ib_test] *ERROR* radeon: fence wait failed (-35). [ +0.000003] [drm:radeon_ib_ring_tests] *ERROR* radeon: failed testing IB on ring 5 (-35). All processes like mysql-server or samba are still working correctly, as i can access them from another computer. I have to restart the computer to continue working. Resuming from suspend to ram works without any problems. So this is my work-around. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Suspend to disk 2.Resume + wait 3.login screen appears, trying to login, login screen re-appears.... 4.
