I tried doing it with almost every version since 4.1.3. I tried renaming konqueror configuration folder to start configuring from scratch. There is no 'Filter Bar' option. With all versions at least since 4.1.3 I have had only four toolbars: Main toolbar Extra toolbar Location toolbar Dolphin toolbar So please, can you list your konqueror and konqueror-plugins package versions? Do you use packages from factory (openSUSE 11.2)? Or do you have custom built KDE? I will post a new request in that thread (which was being there for more than a year), but it does not seem promising. No one has found it so far in any openSUSE system with KDE rpm packages from any repository. That is why I thought that it is a PACKAGING bug and that is why I reported bug here. And for the same reason I ask you, in which repository (custom build version) is this function available?
