The warning is caused by an incomplete init script, so the reason should be fixed, not the symptom. When I wrote "Expected Results: insserv does not tell me an init script is broken" I did not mean to throw away the warning inside insserv, but to fix the script. On every insserv command, you get the output of

insserv: script jexec is broken: incomplete LSB comment. insserv: missing `Required-Stop:' entry: please add even if empty.

It's not hard to fix, I provide an attempt to mend this in "Additional information".
