This client is necessary for selecting the right network device which will be used in the network test. Therefore, the variable holding device name is uninitialized and ifstatus utility (determining device status) returns 2 (!=0). Exit codes of ifstatus are not documented anywhere ;-) but I guess 2 means 'syntax error, wrong parameters' or something like that. Conclusion: Jirko, would it be possible to add inst_ask_net_test.ycp into live-installer and see if it helps?
